Zone 4 Construction, Inc. started out as Tandem Electric in 1983. This sector of work was our foundation and our roots, and is still just as important to our principals as all of our other services. Today, we provide service work for existing and new clients. Our services include:

• Power and Data Installations
• UPS Back Up Power Systems
• Fire Alarm and Security Systems
• DC Power Installations

Our service department has grown into a full service electrical contractor, self-performing all aspects of electrical construction on our projects. In addition, we act as a subcontractor to other general contractors.
